Summer Camp (ages 3-7)

Our summer camp offers an exciting range of activities – swimming and sports, arts and crafts, learning and exploration, dances and other unique experiences – all delivered in the Montessori style and centered around a different Theme each week. Our camp offers individual activities that are developmentally appropriate. Camp runs for 9 weeks and you may choose the full 9-week schedule or a schedule of 4 to 8 weeks. You may also opt for a 3, 4, or 5 day a week school-day-schedule or a morning or afternoon only schedule. Choose what works for you…our goal is to make your life easier while your child has fun!

The Montessori Promise

We offer Weekly Enrichment Classes, a Music Program, and optional After School Activities.
Our Enrichment Activities are part of our School Program.  We offer group activities often revolving around the Monthly Theme (for example, during “Life Cycles of Living Things” month, we hatched twelve chicks from twelve eggs), and we offer weekly Enrichment Classes taught by a specially trained Staff Member. We have a musician who teaches music enrichment to the children and we also offer optional after-school activities including Chinese, Spanish, Pottery and Kickin’ Flips.  We also supplement our Program with off-site Field Trips, special visitors to the School and many other fun and exciting events.

We are committed to developing social awareness in our students, embracing a culture of philanthropy.
We believe in helping others who are not as fortunate as we are.  Every year, we hold food, toy and clothing drives.  Since the School’s inception, we have donated over 2,000 pairs of pajamas to children in Camden.  We “hop” to support Easter Seals.  We plant trees and engage in many other philanthropic activities.  Peace studies and charitable activities are integral to our Montessori Program.

We act on our beliefs in the importance of the environment and nature.
We maintain active recycling programs in our facility and compost to support our organic garden.  Our students are responsible for the care of their own plants and engage with us in group activities such as chick and insect hatching, organic gardening and care of the building, grounds and facilities.  We take pride in these accomplishments.
