Tuition and Billing Information

Tuition

Paying for preschool shouldn’t be a stressful event. We offer a payment plan that automatically withdraws one tenth of the total tuition from your checking account on the first of each month from August to May. Sibling discounts are offered for families with more than one child enrolled together. Cherry Hill Montessori’s tuition is based on the program and schedule selected. Once your child has been admitted to our program, we will finalize his/her schedule and payment structure.

Tuition includes all learning materials and workbooks.  Information about our tuition rates will be provided to you during your tour of our School.

Billing

Families are required to make a non-refundable tuition deposit payment of $200 to reserve a spot for their child, plus a $100 non-refundable registration fee for all new students.  Initial payments shall be made by check.

Cherry Hill Montessori utilizes an electronic billing system that is connected to our childcare software program.  Each month, a few days before payments are due, CHM will send each family an email attaching the most recent invoice. Payments will then be withdrawn automatically from the parents’ checking account on the first of the month. This is a convenient and easy system for our parents and also allows parents to check their accounts, and to print out receipts and year-end statements.
